Privacy Policy
Transparency about the data used to respond to opportunities, protect the site and, only with permission, understand your browsing.
Version 1.0 · Updated August 26, 2026
1. Who is responsible for processing
Atrium Revolution is responsible for processing personal data collected directly through atriumrevolution.com. Questions, requests and the exercise of your rights can be directed to david@atriumrevolution.com.
2. What data we process
We may process the following information, depending on your interaction with the site:
- Data submitted through the form: name, role, work email, WhatsApp, company, industry, website, social profiles, number of employees, revenue range, need, stage and description of the opportunity.
- Necessary technical data: records essential for security, operation, abuse prevention and preserving your privacy choice.
- Analytics data, only after consent: pages visited, browsing events, visit source and technical device or browser information. Microsoft Clarity may also record interactions such as clicks, scrolling, pointer movement, heatmaps and session recordings. Form fields are explicitly masked and their contents should not be sent to Clarity.
3. How the form works
When a visitor submits the form, the data is transmitted to the site's secure environment and forwarded to Atrium by transactional email through Brevo. The site does not maintain its own database of completed fields, but the data is retained in the delivery provider's operational records and Atrium's email inbox for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Assess the opportunity, respond to the inquiry and take preliminary steps toward a potential contract at the data subject's request.
- Maintain security, stability and abuse prevention based on legitimate interests and compliance with obligations, as applicable.
- Measure the experience and guide improvements, exclusively with consent for the analytics category.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations and exercise or defend rights in proceedings when necessary.
5. Sharing and transfers
Data may be processed by providers necessary for operation, including hosting, infrastructure, security and Brevo, which handles transactional delivery of the form. If you authorize analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may also receive data. Some providers may process information outside Brazil, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
Atrium does not sell personal data. Any new use incompatible with the purposes described will be preceded by transparency measures and, where required, new authorization.
6. Retention and security
Contact information is retained for as long as necessary to assess and respond to the opportunity, preserve the legitimate history of the relationship and meet legal obligations or time limits for exercising rights. The cookie preference record remains in the browser for up to 12 months unless deleted or replaced earlier.
Technical and organizational measures appropriate to the context are adopted. However, no digital operation can eliminate every risk.
7. Your rights
Under Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation and access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion where applicable, portability, information about sharing, review of automated decisions, objection and withdrawal of consent.
Send your request to david@atriumrevolution.com. We may request additional information strictly necessary to confirm your identity and protect data against unauthorized access.
8. Children, links and updates
This site is intended for business representatives and was not designed to intentionally collect children's data. External links have their own privacy practices. This policy may be updated; the date and version at the top identify the current text.
