1. Acceptance and purpose

By accessing atriumrevolution.com, you acknowledge that you have read these terms. The site presents Atrium, its vision, processes, projects and contact channels. Its content is corporate and informational in nature.

2. Contact does not establish a contract

Submitting an opportunity or attending a meeting does not, by itself, create a contract, an obligation to perform work or a guarantee of a proposal. Scope, deadlines, responsibilities, intellectual property and fees will be defined in a specific agreement when the parties reach an understanding.

3. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• use the site for unlawful or deceptive purposes or in ways that violate third-party rights;
• attempt to bypass security measures, test vulnerabilities without authorization or disrupt the service;

4. Intellectual property

The brand, identity, text, code, interfaces, animations, models, images and other original content are protected by applicable law. Public access does not transfer a license, ownership or exploitation rights without express authorization. Client brands and materials shown in case studies belong to their respective owners.

5. Availability, references and links

Atrium seeks to keep information accurate and the site available, but may update, correct, suspend or remove content. Results mentioned in case studies depend on each project's context and are not promises of future performance. External sites are governed by their own terms and practices.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atrium is not liable for decisions based solely on its corporate content, unavailability outside its control or harm arising from misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
